At Unique Testing Lab, we are committed to ensuring our customer’s satisfaction with our testing services, consultancy, and courses. We understand that there may be circumstances where refunds or cancellations are necessary. Please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

Refund Policy


Testing Services

Refunds for testing services will be issued in the event of:

  • Duplicate testing orders placed by mistake.
  • Testing results were found to be inconclusive or unreliable due to technical errors on our part.
  • Refunds will not be provided for testing services once the testing process has begun.
  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the test results.
  • The refund amount would be credited into the bank account within 5-7 working days.

Consultancy Services

Refunds for consultancy services will be granted if:

  • The consultancy service has not yet been initiated.
  • The consultancy service was not provided as agreed upon.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the consultancy service delivery date.
  • The refund amount would be credited into the bank account within 5-7 working days.


Refunds for courses will be processed under the following conditions:

  •  90% refunds will be issued if the cancellation is made 2 days before the course start date.
  • No refunds will be provided after 2 days once the course has been purchased, except in exceptional circumstances determined at the discretion of Unique Testing Lab
  • The refund amount would be credited into the bank account within 5-7 working days.

Cancellation Policy


Testing Services

  • Cancellations for testing services can be made before the commencement of the testing process.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 business days before the scheduled testing date.

Consultancy Services:

  • Clients may cancel consultancy service agreements before the initiation of the consultancy process.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 2 days before the agreed consultancy start date.


  • Cancellations for courses must be made within the specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund (refer to the Refund Policy section).
  • Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing or via email to our customer service team at [email protected]

Unique Testing Lab reserves the right to update or modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
